*Disclaimer: All consultations will have at least 24h "cooling off period". This will allow you to process the information discussed with the medical practitioner.
If the person appears younger than 18 years old, we might ask for ID issued by the UK or EU Government. Fail to provide and ID will result in cancellation or rescheduling, and the deposit won't be refunded.
Children under the age of 18 will need to have parental consent and the parent/guardian to be present through the procedure. The child will be asked if he/she wishes to undergo the procedure whether the parent says "yes". If the child refuses categorically, we will not be treating the skin blemish. The deposit will not be refunded as this is a family matter that should be addressed before the appointment.
The consent forms will have to be signed by both the child and parent.
The after care instructions are the parent's/patient's responsibility. Pure Aesthetics Clinic will not be held accountable for any complications.
