Terms and Conditions

Please find below the Terms and Conditions on which Pure Aesthetics Clinic provides service to its clients.

Terms & Conditions

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

For appointment cancellations, both for treatments and consultations, we kindly request a 48-hour notice.

 

Treatment Appointment Slots:

To secure your treatment appointment slot, we require a deposit at the time of booking, the details of which can be found in our pricing. This deposit can be paid via bank transfer (we will provide bank details) or in cash at our Pure Aesthetics Clinic HQ reception. Please note that we do not accept cheques. If you are unable to pay the deposit upfront, we will hold the appointment slot for you for 24 hours, after which it may be allocated to other clients.

You can apply the deposit towards your treatment cost during your appointment. Should you decide not to proceed with the treatment, upon request, we will refund the deposit, which may take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, the deposit can be refunded upon request, provided a 48-hour notice is given.

Consultation Appointment Slots:

At Pure Aesthetics Clinic, some consultations are free. However, we do require a deposit when booking a consultation appointment slot. Similar to treatment appointments, this deposit can be paid via bank transfer (we will provide bank details) or in cash at our reception, and it will be refunded upon your attendance at the appointment.

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your consultation slot, the deposit can be refunded upon request, given a 48-hour notice.

You also have the option to keep the deposit as credit towards future treatments with us.

 

Refusal of Treatments:

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason. Please note that we do not provide treatments for individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent and presence.

Act of God:

Pure Aesthetics Clinic does not issue refunds for Acts of God, such as sudden floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters, which are beyond human control. Weather-related issues like snow, ice, or floods are also included in this category.

If Pure Aesthetics Clinic cancels a clinic due to an Act of God, it will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative date, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Complaints:

At Pure Aesthetics Clinic, we strive for excellence in service quality. Any complaints should be communicated in writing via email at pureclinicuk@gmail.com or post at 108 Fore Street, Saltash, PL12 6JW. We aim to address and resolve complaints promptly, acknowledging receipt within one week.

Children

We do not provide treatment for children under the age of 12. 

We would prefer that you do not bring children to your appointment unless this is for an appointment dedicated for them. However, if it cannot be avoided, please bring another responsible adult along with you to look after any children aged 12 or under.

Children are allowed in clinic rooms with parental supervision and the medical practitioner present only for cryotherapy or IPL hair removal treatment. However, the child cannot be left alone in any other areas of the clinic. Thank you for your understanding.

Consenting to Treatment

Following your consultation and prior to treatment being undertaken, you will be asked to read and sign a consent form.

This form is not just a formality – it’s a record of you deciding to proceed with a procedure having considered the potential positive and negative outcomes and medical risks listed on the form and the impact they may have on your wellbeing.

Refunds Policy

Clients will be expected to pay for additional treatment if the original treatment does not achieve the desired look. Results cannot be guaranteed and the treatment of side effects and complications is included in the cost of the procedure. Therefore no refunds can be given due to any of the above occurring.
